Welcome new vendors, we are excited to host this festival for the 2nd year, as we continue to build the old west theme with decorated pop-up booths that are made to fit in the 1880's western town theme of Jamestown. We may have covered areas available, these spots are a 10x20 price below. But they are reserved for our repeat vendors first. if you are interested in these spaces please call first. 575-749-1275

We are an outdoor festival that is themed in the 1880's which your booth and outfits should reflect that. If you need ideas please call.
The Festival is June 7th and 8th in Edgewood New Mexico at the Wildlife West Nature Park and Animal Sanctuary.
Event hours both days are from 10am to 8pm
To see the booth prices you must select a quantity
This is a non refundable event, Rain Or Shine.
If you cancel you may use a portion of your paid fees toward the next festival. (per agreed by management) If NMRCF/WWFF cancels the event, you will get a full refund.
Vendor camping is available per booth and staff wristbands for a small fee, see the "add on" section
Our goal is to complete all vendor applications by May 1st or filled before that.
Remember that 70% of your booth fee paid is allocated for marketing. 30% is used for venue, event services. Thank you for your continued support.
Each vendor must submit a liability insurance policy, with the additional insured "Wildlife West Nature Park 87N. Frontage Rd, Edgewood NM 87015" ACT Insurance Company offers a $49 weekend policy if you need one.
Legal Portion
NM Renaissance Celtic Festival and Wildlife West and its agents shall not be liable for damages that may arise from a vendor’s performance, any and all vendors hereby releases all claims for damage to or loss of personal property sustained by Vendor or any person claiming through vendor from any fire, accident, occurrence, theft, or condition in or upon the grounds/site which they shall be part of or adjoining areas.I have read all Terms and Conditions and I agree to comply with Festival Rules. I understand that failure to do so may result in my expulsion from the festival without a refund of my fees and I may be barred from future events. I understand and agree that the Wildlife West or any other sponsoring organization will not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss to the work of participants or personal liability in connection with the festival. Cart max size is 3ft x 6ft, must have wheels and moveable. You may move between areas during the festival - not next to a competitor Stationary Tree - Is a single tower, post with limbs that you can sell a craft (hats, Belts, western accessories that you make) you will be placed in the same place to grabs guests walking by.
Vendor Camping
Vendor camping is located in the west field off the event center, vendors are allowed to have staff camp with them as long as they have a wristband. No ground fires, No pets left on chains or cages outside the tent/RV/car where you are camping. No pets allowed in festival area.Propane cooking grills and above ground fire pits are okay.Keep your area clean, be respectful of your neighbors, any trash left behind will have a clean fee of $25 imposed.Port-a-potties are provided in the camping area with a hand wash station.No electric or water hookups available - Dry Camping only.Quiet time is 10pm to 8am in camping area.
Vendor Wristbands Extra
This is for extra passes for your workers in addition to what comes with your booth.Each booth, part of booth fee receives-10x10 = 2 wristbands 10x20 = 4 wristbands10x30 =4 wristbands20x20 = 6 wristbandsIf you need additional wristband for more staff members, you will need to add them here.Wristbands for vendors gives the person early access to the festival and camping/vendor parking areas, please don't issue these to your friends. We have a special coupon code for 50% off the gate tickets, just ask for it.. It helps the donations we issue to the Zoo.

35/50AMP power
If you need 50amp or 35amp power for a food booth, this is limited to two access.. if it's sold out, please contact Eric at 575-749-1275 to discuss your requirements and options
