Our repeat vendors will have space priority

We will have spaces available for new craft/food/brew vendors, if the application is open, there is a spot for you, electricity is not always available, if you need it, please indicate on the application, there is a charge for it and will be invoiced if still available in the remaining spaces for new vendors.

Priority electric will be for food vendors first.

All vendors will need to submit this application process to be in this festival, details, descriptions of layout and a theme of choice (themes - Pirate, Viking, Steampunk/Time traveler and Fantasy) must be emailed to Director: Eric Vigil at [email protected].

Food Vendors

Must meet our requirements, food trucks/trailers must be hidden from the public with a serving decorated themed serving tent, all outside serving staff must wear pirate/viking/fantasy garb (clothes)

All food vendors will submit a TFE form to [email protected] one month prior to event.


All vendors must have liability insurance while on the property showing Additional insured "Wildlife West Nature Park 87N Frontage Rd, Edgewood NM 87015" proof of additional insured must be emailed to [email protected] no later than 14 days prior to the event start date. 


Breweries/Mead/Wine/Local Spirits

Tavern style booths are required, tent decor must have the feel of the theme.

Non refundable - rain or shine event. Possible credit portion may be used toward next event if you cancel.

NM Renaissance Celtic Festival and Wildlife West and its agents shall not be liable for damages that may arise from a vendor’s performance, any and all vendors hereby releases all claims for damage to or loss of personal property sustained by Vendor or any person claiming through vendor from any fire, accident, occurrence, theft, or condition in or upon the grounds/site which they shall be part of or adjoining areas.

I have read all Terms and Conditions and I agree to comply with Festival Rules. I understand that failure to do so may result in my expulsion from the festival without a refund of my fees and I may be barred from future events. I understand and agree that the Wildlife West or any other sponsoring organization will not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss to the work of participants or personal liability in connection with the festival. I shall comply with all local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations

Cart or Lane Tree vendor (20 remaining)

Cart is 3ftx6ft with it's own cover, wheels must be working to move if needed, A Lane Tree is a vendor who displays their crafts on a handheld stick or a standing rack that has the opportunity to set up at front gate and sell to guest first and then move to an area (non compete) in a lane.
This vendor selection is available to existing booth vendors for additional sales of a specific craft, employee must be in character and costume, when in lanes or at gate.

    10x10 = 2 wristbands - if you need more than two order them here
    10x20 = 4 wristbands
    10x30 =6 wristbands

    20x40 = 10 wristbands
