Ahoy, vendors! Join us for a swashbuckling, horn-raising good time at the PIRATE VIKING Summer Festival β€” where the seas meet the fjords in a celebration of all things adventurous and fantastical!

Vendors are highly encouraged to decorate their booths to match the spirit of the festival. The guests have responded highly to this aspect for our vendors

  • πŸ‰ Medieval / Adventure



Whether you’re selling leather goods, garb, weaponry, trinkets, or themed eatsβ€”make it immersive! Banners, barrels, ship wheels, Viking shields, netting, fur, aged wood, and rustic elements are highly encouraged.

  • Handmade goods with fantasy flair (horns, jewelry, leathercraft, etc.
  • Drink vendors Β - Adult craft brews
  • Clothing - Accessories - Viking Themed FurnitureΒ 
  • Unique fantasy or Norse-themed artisans
  • Kids’ activities and Games, mystical wares, and enchanted oddities

  • All vendors must carry liability insurance listing:
    Wildlife West Nature Park
    87 N Frontage Rd., Edgewood, NM 87015
  • ACT INSURANCE offers a $49 weekend policy

  • Breweries, meaderies, wineries, and distillers are welcome in our festival, Must provide proper licensing and insurance.

ALL FESTIVAL VENDORS

Tavern/old world style booths are required, tent decor must have the feel of the theme.

Non refundable - rain or shine event. Possible credit portion may be used toward next event if you cancel.

NM Renaissance Celtic Festival and Wildlife West and its agents shall not be liable for damages that may arise from a vendor’s performance, any and all vendors hereby releases all claims for damage to or loss of personal property sustained by Vendor or any person claiming through vendor from any fire, accident, occurrence, theft, or condition in or upon the grounds/site which they shall be part of or adjoining areas.

WEATHER
Weather in New Mexico is ever changing, and throughout the country as well. Be prepared for cold, wet, wind and extreme heat. If you need assistance please reach out to our crew on the ground, they may have a moment to assist. This is an outdoor festival and weather can change, so be prepared, and be safe.

Cart or Lane Tree vendor (7 remaining)

Cart is 3ftx6ft with it's own cover, wheels must be working to move if needed, A Lane Tree is a vendor who displays their crafts on a handheld stick or a standing rack that has the opportunity to set up at front gate and sell to guest first and then move to an area (non compete) in a lane.
This vendor selection is available to existing booth vendors for additional sales of a specific craft, employee must be in character and costume, when in lanes or at gate.

    Each booth comes with,
    10x10 = 2 wristbands - (if you need more, order them here)
    10x20 = 4 wristbands
    10x30 =6 wristbands
    20x20 = 6 wristbands
    20x40 = 10 wristbands
    Obtain extras now with your VENDOR APPLICATION
    If you need extra wristbands- $25 each at check in - if not pre ordered Cash only.

    If you are camping with us, please select this and make note on your form above if CAR/RV/TENT
    Dry camp, port-a-potties and hand washing station provided.
    Keep your camp clean, dumpster is by vendor parking entrance. Gates close 10pm to 8am for venue and event security..
    You can check in Friday Aug 22nd from 8am to 5pm for camping. Check out by Monday Aug 25th noon.
