Reservations are valid for the 2024 Balloon Fiesta event only.

By purchasing your reservation with NMRCF, the Holder agrees to the following terms:

ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE OF LIABILITY.
The Holder acknowledges that there are risks and dangers associated with RV camping, including but not limited to risk of harm to persons or property arising from the operation of RV/Camping Equipment. The Holder expressly assumes all risk and danger arising from or incidental to the dry camping. The Holder expressly releases the NMRCF and or Wildlife West Nature Park, management,promoters, participants, artists, and the ticketing agency and/or ticketing services provider and all of their owners, officers, directors, employees,contractors and volunteers (collectively"Management"), from any and all claims that the Holder has or may have that arise from or are incidental to the RV Balloon Fiesta Parking in Edgewood, including any claims arising out of the negligence of Management.

PERMISSION TO USE IMAGE OR LIKENESS.The Holder acknowledges that the campsite maybe photographed or otherwise publicized, and grants permission for Holder's image or likeness to be used in any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of the Special RV Parking Camping for the stay.

NO REFUNDS. If the Balloon fiesta Session is rescheduled or cancelled, the Holder shall not be entitled to a refund except as otherwise required by law. Instead, the Holder shall have the right, subject to the terms set forth This reservation bears no cash value as it is concidered a donation of service for the NM Wildlife Association Nonprofit and is not redeemable for cash.

RESERVATION OF MANAGEMENT'S RIGHTS.Management reserves the right to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conductor hygiene is deemed by Management, at Management's sole discretion, to be undesirable,including (but not limited to) disorderly conduct,use of vulgar or abusive language, or failure to follow Management rules and directions.Undesirable conduct of any of the types expressly listed above will automatically terminate this license and all rights of the Holder.T he exercise of Management's ejection rights here under does not entitle the Holder to are fund of the ticket price or any part thereof. This reservation is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the face amount of the ticket, at Management's discretion.
